grant easy access on remote computer to multiple users

1. We have a remote computer that 2-3 people access regularly with TeamViewer.
2. Can 2-3 people have easy access to a remote computer, and if so how do we set it up?
3. Currently, I am the only one with easy access to the remote computer and when there is a windows update and the TeamViewer password changes, works stops until I send out the new TeamViewer password
