TeamViewer Android 15.43.198CL Not Working on Brand New Phone

I just installed the TV mobile app on a new Motorola g stylus 2023 phone with Android 13 and I'm getting the "no route" error message every time I try to connect. The PC on the other end has the latest version of TV installed, and I can connect to it from another PC with no problem. The new phone has "Thinkshield" antivirus installed that cannot be disabled. Might that be causing a connection issue? This app worked perfectly on my old Motorola phone, which was Android 11 with the same version of the TV app, and no Thinkshield antivirus.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at least three times with no success. Any suggestions or thoughts about what might be happening and how to remedy this issue? Thanks.
