Activate my license so that I can control the mobile phone remotely

I have purchased the annual paid version and I am not able to use the application to remotely control the mobile phone and it covers a message that it needs a license. Please help

    Please double-check if you're license was correctly activated using our guide: 📄 License Activation Guides - Overview

    Also please note that to be able to remotely connect to a mobile device you must have the Mobile Device Support Addon with your license. You can check this information with your invoice.
