Question about the duration of a password for a TeamViewer tensor account

Hi there, I am part of the Software Asset Management team at my company and we have an employee that once in a while has her account deactivated. The account was never deleted or deactivated by us, but it seems that she access once or twice (every two months maybe) and we would like to know if the password or the account itself expires.

    Welcome to the TeamViewer Community!

    I can confirm that the account password does not expire from itself.

    However, as an admin, you can reset the password of the users via https://login.teamviewer.com/ ➜ User management ➜ Edit user ➜ General ➜ Reset password.
