Quick Support Removal

I got a new fone, a Doro 5080.

It has Quick Support app installed, but my bank won't let me connect till Quick Support is removed. Therein lies the problem, there is no option to remove, just Force Stop, which is of no use.

Can someone help, please, I just need rid of this app.

I'm on Android.
