TeamViewer acting fraudulently?

I purchased a new 1 year business licence from TeamViewer and paid with my credit card, ".... reserved for purchase @ Teamviewer Gmbh from .." this was 2 days ago. I didn't receive my licence or login details (perhaps i typed in my email address incorrectly?). I didn't receive a phone call. I logged 2 tickets , emailed teamviewer twice and also called them ( the operator couldn't help me despite giving them my order number).


2 days now and teamviewer is sitting on a few hundred of my euros and simply doesn't respond. Is this normal?
