Connection is dropping out during remote sessions with clients

My issue is apparently different from others here. I am using a commercial account, that I pay for.

Unfortunately, I am being dropped out of connections with clients often. There is no apparent reason for the drop. There is no error message.

If I wait a minute, I can reconnect TeamViewer to the client and resume our session.

It doesn't seem to matter which interface I am using (old vs. new), and it is an intermittent problem. It doesn't happen every time I connect, nor does it happen to connections with only one or two clients. Sometimes it happens in 5-10 minutes, sometimes it happens near the 1-hour mark. Some connections are not interrupted at all.

I am at a loss as to how to deal with this issue. I am being paid by the client and being interrupted by the software I am using for connection purposes makes me look less professional.

I am using Version: 15.44.7 (b115d299f2f) on a Windows 10 machine.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    I'm running version 15.59.3 and getting the same issue remote viewer just closes and does not error or give a reason for the dropout.

    would be great if questions were followed up in this community.

  • Same here. Drop out after variable time. Sometimes thirty seconds. Sometimes five or ten minutes. Usually when I am opening a file on the client, or transferring files.

    Help please.
