Black screen on Outlook add account

When adding a new account to Outlook (Android), the Teamviewer screen turns black...

This problem has existed for several months.

I have the exact same problem, everything else can be configured, but when trying to add an exchange account in outlook, the screen goes black, but can though manuever and click the remote screen, but have no idea about the position.

Funny thing, i can easily go through the steps of adding an hotmail account, but exchange is No no.
