IT Admin here. I have been using TeamViewer for a long time and have recently gained a job where I was tasked to implement TeamViewer.
I have put in a request for a Corporate License yesterday and was expecting my activation e-mail shortly after the order confirmation.
I am now on day 2 waiting for the activation link to arrive. I have read on this very forum that multiple customers are experiencing the same thing and the general answer is that it should arrive within minutes and if not then make a request to the support.
Here is the infuriating part. You have loced support behind a license requirement, which I do not forfill, because my activation e-mail is a no-show.
Tell me this, I am a will-be customer, I have retty much promised you a payment up front for 12 months. Why am I not able to raise a ticket without posting on the forum and have a moderator do it for me?
This is a good product and I am looking forward to be using it in the future. But please fix the bad user experience in your on-boarding process.
