I have a windows 10 Computer with TeamViewer 11 and a Windows XP computer with TeamViewer 11 when I enter the Partner ID from TeamViewer on the Windows XP computer I get the following error Unable to connect attached is a screen shot of what I see. Can someone advise next steps to try?
