Thank you for your post, and welcome to our Community.
We are sorry to hear that you didn't receive your activation email.
Have you received other emails from us such as your invoice or a payment confirmation?
If yes, you should also have received the email with the following subject: [Your TeamViewer License Activation - Your Account number]
All those emails must have been sent to you the day you ordered your subscription.
Please, check your spam folder, since the TeamViewer communication emails sometimes end up there.
If you don't find anything in your email folders on that specific date, contact our support team.
