Stop Team Viewer Starting with Windows.

A while back I ticked the Start Team Viewer with Windows in Settings>General and it did as expected.

I have now unticked the button but Team Viewer continues to open with Windows.

Tried everything I can think of - rebooted etc.

Any suggestions?
