Bought single license (remote) but account still shows Free in my login screen

Hi. I bought a single remote license about 2 weeks ago but it still shows Free on my login screen. I also could use 1920x1080 before but since last week it's only giving me 640x380

To my knowledge there's too many new options for sign in and if you choose you have to do other things to just get connected. Today (19 Sept 2023) I cannot even login to my remote PC.

So I don't know why my account still shows Free and maybe why its blocking my connections

    On 19 Sep 2023 HK Time 10:30pm, I lost connection with my remote device. Therefore, I tried to quit and re-login teamviewer but unable to sign in again.


    Please advice what is happening.

    We had a guy who knows Teamviewer well help us get it activated the correct way and now everything is working very well.
