TeamViewer Host - cannot unlock Android 11
Hi,
I've been fighting like a pig with a Sony Xperia 5 running Android 11. I've setup unattended access on it but if PIN and/or fingerprint lock is enabled I only see the lock screen animation and I cannot bring with a click or a swipe an unlock prompt. It is displayed on the phone itself but it's not rendered on the client side - Windows desktop client and web client tested, Ubuntu client is completely broken for Android access, doesn't even connect (another bug you need to fix). I tested with Quick Support as well - same issue. Once screen lock is disabled all works fine. I saw a workaround that works on Samsung phones called Direction Lock but nothing for other brands. Any plans to fix this super annoying bug?
