Connectivity of second computer

I have two laptops, and had been using Team Viewer to connect to my mother's computer on one of those laptops. I had to travel and added Team Viewer to my other laptop, and was able to connect to her using it, but since then, my other laptop will not connect. It tells me it is unable to connect for a "reason unknown". Is there an account issue here? Can someone help me understand how to fix my problem?
