Force update from command line or from PS

Hi All - I'm looking for a way to force the TV agent to upgrade to the latest version via PS or command line. Both are for Windows.

Part of our PC build process is to ensure the latest version is running; once the device is in the wild, the TV policies keep the agent current. However, since the local user is not an admin, we need to log in as an admin to force the update, so I'm looking to script this from an elevated command/ps session.
