TeamViewer Marketing Mail empty on MacOS Mail 16

Hello,

today I received an email from TeamViewer marketing with subject "TeamViewer – Wir möchten von Ihnen hören!".

I was not able to read this email as the Apple Mail client Version 16.0 (3731.700.6) on MacOS 13.6 shows an empty, white email body.

I tried to open a real support ticket, but it looks like, this can only be done by commercial users. So hopefully someone from the TeamViewer company will read this.
