How to support with One time use without account?

Hi there,

I downloaded the TeamViewer Full Client in Windows 11.

1. Run setup and choose Run only (one time use).
2. I got this screen:

I can only be able to use my partner's credential in order to provide support, if I'm connected.

I would like to provide a quick assistance without having to install it or to login.

And I use free version.

How to do that?

In order to increase the security of all the users in our network, we now require everyone actively using TeamViewer to have a validated TeamViewer account.

In your case, even if you choose to Run only TeamViewer, you still need to create an account, as you are making an outgoing connection. As for the end user, they don't need to create any account, as they are receiving an incoming connection.
