Why does my license still say free when we paid for the license?

Hi,

We paid for a licensed subscription with team viewer yesterday.

Why does our license still say free? We are unable to use teamviewer without being signed out every 1 minute?

    To activate your TeamViewer license, please check the activation link which is sent out as the purchase email from TeamViewer.
