Can not connect to remote netbook

Hello dear community!

I installed TeamViewer Host on the target netbook (macbook) and TeamViewer Full Client on the support providing netbook (windows).

when I now add the ID of the macbook into teamviewer on my windows netbook, it says the macbook has an old version but in reality it is up to date.
