At my remote connect, screen stops with "Starting remote session" and does not connect me. Help?

To begin with, could you please try restarting the TeamViewer service on both remote and local devices to see if this helps?
In case you are not familiar with how to restart the TeamViewer service, please refer to this video guide:
Kindly provide us with a screenshot of an error message and more information on how you initiate a remote session if the issue persists afterwards.
