How can I contact team viewer, live chat never replies

Hello Guys,


I have made a purchase, but I never received activation link on email or anywhere,

also I never got my order in my customer panel, the invoice was paid and I got order confirmation email.


I tried to reach team viewer with live chat but never got a reply, today is work day tho, I have sent an email and same, no response

    Same thing happening to me. Chat gives me a queue number and then when it's my turn, nobody actually replies.Took hours yesterday and today too. Nobody replies in chat. Are there even employees behind the chat or they just fooling people with fake chat customer service?
