I cannot find specific steps in the TV KB for issuing an invitation to a remote access client for access to a trusted machine, which was set up via Team Viewer Pro. This is for a 90-day project where our client (a TV Pro user) wants to grant always on accessible remote access for a vendor to a trusted machine for R/O access. I have "super admin" access to our client's TV Pro management console.
The client has established a "trusted" machine for this remote access solution. I just don't know how to send an invite to the vendor (remote user) for access. The vendor needs to be able to leave the connection open and active. Any assistance for this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
