Can't reply to Teamviewer emails, get a failure notice.
Can't go to support.teamviewer.com to submit a ticket, I keep getting redirected.
Super frustrating, can someone please help?
Found the solution - need to use Chrome, the web portal doesn't seem to be compatible with other browsers.

I just tested the support portal in Firefox and was unable to replicate the issue; regardless, I am happy you were able to log in. Should you encounter the issue again, please let us know so we can investigate further.
Regarding the emails, most TeamViewer emails are sent from no-reply accounts; however, if you do experience an issue with an email from another address, please let us know more info on this as well.
