Why does TeamViewer host show as having “one additional manager” for easy access

Recently setup a host for easy remote access. I am the only “manager” of the group and device but when going on client settings it shows “Owen and one additional manager has access”. Why is this shown when looking on admin portal I am the only admin/manager user for the device?

seen a couple more posts about this but no explanation, is this a known bug or is there actually another user that has access? Bit concerning from a security perspective
