Extremely unhappy customers
Since you did the group migrations, we still can't migrate all the devices, you have created a complete mess as before with every new stupid thing you have done. We can't understand why you should make your program almost unusable. Since we migrated to the new version we have had huge problems, you try to connect to a device five times and it still gives an error, sometimes it connects to something and it's a miracle. All of our colleagues have been yelling that they can't do their jobs, I'm letting you know that if you don't fix **bleep** new version we will sue you for the money we paid you and stop using this semblance of a support program. We have been customers for ten years and things are getting worse and worse. The main remote access feature doesn't work like people !!!!! We don't need any more **bleep**, why don't you figure it out finally, we want the basic function and it works well, [removed per Community Guidelines] ....😡

Its got to be said, this is the worst pile of unusable software that I have ever seen. This company has taken a reasonably functional application, and turned it into a completely unusable mess.
You run through the so called "migration" which doesn't seem to do anything as I can't connect to anything, Teamviewer ID numbers have randomly changed for everything, as a result, I cannot use anything, and you don't seem to be even able to go back and delete duplicates and errored devices.
I do the old workflow of assigning a TV Host install to our account, and it tells me it needs migrating. Why?
Actively looking for an alternative now as this software is no longer of any use.
