Bug (w/workaround): Mouse pointer doesn't change when resizing windows without H/W mouse attached

If there is no mouse attached or if the mouse is removed, the pointer disappears from the remote user's screen.

And the pointer doesn't change in the local instance of TeamViewer when the pointer is near the edge of a window, ie: to resize it. You can still perform the resize, but it's difficult to grab the edge because there's no visual clue you are in range.

The "Show your partner's cursor" setting has no effect.

A workaround is to enable mouse keys on the remote device.
