Cannot access TeamViewer unless I use a VPN

Hello All
I am trying to use TeamViewer on a windows 10 PC I have set up for my father. I cannot even reach the TeamViewer website unless I use a VPN. Does anyone know how to resolve this please?
I have tried two different ISPs, but neither will access TeamViewer facilities. However both work if I use my VPN service.
In fact I cannot even access these forums unless I use my VPN, yet other websites can be reached without a problem.
EDIT - I have now determined this is TalkTalk (UK ISP) blocking TeamViewer's servers. Atrocious!
