Connection issue

Hello community,
I've got a windows 7 PC with Team viewer QSx64 installed. I don't have a license but the person trying to connect does have a license. However, whenever the person needing to provide support for the PC tries to connect they are unable; and when I try a test connection using a laptop I am met with 2 errors:
Any advice?
