quicksupport module does not work on windows 10

Hi everyone!

We have purchased the license for Teamviewer 10. I have configured a quicksupport module and by using the quicksupport link (which i send to the end user), I can connect remotely to the end users machine. It has been working great with Windows 7 but I found out that the link does not work for Windows 10 users.

How do we get it to work for Windows 10?
