losing the device connectivity after update

Hello there,

I updated the TeamViewer on remote device, but it seems after the update, the device is shown as offline, I am sure it is on, and it has internet connectivity because we are getting info from it from different application.

So, I am wondering if there is anything we could do to get the connectivity. The issue the computer is way, we don't have access to it right now.
