Teamviewer crash few seconds after first login

Every time I connect to my pc remotely the software closes the connection session window automatically after few seconds. Then I need to login and works fine but if I close the connection and reconnect the same problem will happen again.
I upgraded to single user plan because I thought this could a reason for the issue but it is still present and the program still says that I have a free licence despite I have already purchased it.
