TeamViewer connexion with Zscaler environment

HI,

We are currently deploying the Zscaler ZIA solution on our workstations.

As suggested by Teamviwer we allow *.teamviewer.com feeds in our Zscaler strategies.

however we notice that the Teamviewer client on workstations attempts to contact IP addresses rather than DNS names. Knowing that Zscaler does not do DNS resolution, flows to these IPs are blocked. TeamsViewer clients cannot connect to the servers.

We don't want to allow IP addresses in our Zscaler policies. Is it possible to configure teamviewer clients to contact DNS names instead of IP addresses?
