Hi,

I have been using TeamViewer 15.28.8 to connect to my mother's laptop to help her on my Windows 11 desktop for the past three years. Since last week, the TeamViewer sign-in doesn't work. After entering the ID and password and pressing the sign-in button, it turns gray and never returns. However, in the past, it used to sign me in and I would be able to connect to the remote device. Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are grateful you chose TeamViewer to help your mother for that long!

To begin with, could you please check that the remote device is also using the latest TeamViewer version?

If there is any available update on the TeamViewer, kindly try the connection after the TeamViewer update.
If you could confirm the latest TeamViewer version is used on both sides, please try restarting the TeamViewer service on both remote and local devices and see if this could help improve the situation.
- If you need to, please pass the below video about how to restart the TeamViewer service to your mother:

Should the connection problem persist after that, please let us know if there is a change in the way TeamViewer is behaving. If not, please provide us with a screenshot of the screen that shows grey.

Hi, when I Google the latest version of TeamViewer, I found it is 15.46.5. Is this the correct version? There is also 15.48.5 that has a different name, such as "Remote Support," and requires a code from a partner I don't have. It would be great if you would send the link to the latest TeamViewer version for Windows 11 (64-bit).
