Hello I am not able to remove this pop up so teamviewer has become non functional please advise how to remove
the pop up does not have any way to close it out. Cannot click behind the pop up at all . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version a few times as well
Thanks. I dont get the pop up anymore after following the steps. However now I do not see how long the managed device has been offline. This was extremely useful. Can you help figure out how to see when the device was last online? Thank you

I am not about to define the main issue with TeamViewer at the moment. May I ask you to share the full screenshot of the pop-up message in TeamViewer, and also more information about the non-functional status please? How did TeamViewer behave?

It is a rare case that the close/exit button did not show up with the pop-up. I understand that you have performed the reinstallation previously. May I ask you to try with the steps of uninstallation with removing all settings please - Uninstall TeamViewer Remote on Windows. The have a fresh download of the latest version of TeamViewer.
I wonder if the new installation of TeamViewer will bring back the close/exit button. Hope it works for you!

Ok I have also used the Migration option. So not sure why there is a pop up that does not have a way to close it
