I am a TeamViewer non-commercial (i.e., free) user. During the migration to the new user interface (and web-based TeamViewer Management Console), I created a new "Device Group".
I would like to delete the "Device Group" and I do not have any devices assigned to the group. However, neither the TeamViewer Management Console (Web), nor the apps (Windows), all me to delete the group (screenshot attached).
I have a hunch this is due to a glitch that allowed me to create a group while the systems were transitioning and that a licensing "hole" was patched-up, so I no longer have the licensing to manage Device Groups.
Is there anyone at TeamViewer that can help with this request? I've considered using a 14-day trial to resolve this but would prefer not to go that route, if possible.
