remote control lenovo k6 note from xiaomi redni note 12 pro

I have a mobile phone lenovo k6 note, on which I have installed the quick support teamviewer and the universal add-on. in xiomi redmi note 12 pro i installed team viewer remote control. i can only do screen sharing, but not full control. this is the problem. thank you!

Currently, Xiaomi is not supported for remote control via TeamViewer. Remote control of Android devices is only possible with specific manufacturers who have worked with us to develop an add-on for their devices. You can find a list of these manufacturers here:

For non-supported manufacturers, we do provide the Universal Add-on which can, in some cases, provide remote control support. In cases where it does not, however, there is no way to force the ability on the device.
