Almost 2 weeks but still no activation link

Been almost 2 weeks since I purchase the license but still no activation link. Been chatting with different agents who created multiple tickets but no result for any of them. Would like to cancel within 7 days so I get money back, but I don't find anyone to be helpful

    The activation email is usually sent a few minutes after the purchase. For cases when you don't receive it, we advise contacting our support team directly via phone. The local numbers you can find here.
