Help getting started?
Hey all! I need help getting started. I'm trying to connect with an other computer to do work on that computer. I tried starting a session and nothing happens, I have tried joining a session and it tells me I need to download teamviewer. I have. What Am I missing? What do I need to download to get started? Any help getting started would be greatly appreciated!

As we read in your post you have some questions, let's go step by step:
The first thing to do is to be sure you are in the latest available version of TeamViewer Full Client, if you´re not we would suggest updating the software by following the steps described in this article👉️Update TeamViewer
Once you have TeamViewer installed and signed in with your credentials, you can create a session following the steps below:
- Navigate to the Remote Support tab.
- Click on Create a session.
- Enter a session name.
- Share the session with the participant. To share the session via e-mail, enter the participant's e-mail in the dedicated field and click Save.
- Click on Save.
At this point, your partner will receive an email with the invitation, that he has to accept and authorize your access to his computer.
Therefore, if you are the one who needs to join a session your partner must follow the above steps and send you the link via email, you have to accept the invitation and authorize access.
