No ID in teamviewer host

i have installed Teamviewer Host on a Raspberry Pi 4. When I try to connect it to my PC id is not showing in Teamviewer host, earlier it was there, but once i put that id in my Pc it was not connected. After that id disappeared, it just showed a hyphen, how to solve this issue?
