This product seems to have morphed into something I find unuseable, anybody else out there
have problems with it?
Thank you DG SA you have helped me understand what I thought was likely the issue as I also was happily using the "free" version in my work and I received the e-mail you referenced (hadn't used the product in quite awhile. I can't blame the company for wanting to make $$ off their product, but I don't have currently enough need for it. Again thanks for taking the time to confirm the issue.
you can keep the classic (old) view but you still may have the sign on / no email for device registration as many of us have had. Mine worked fine but I had an email. Can't get new sign on's to work when they need assistance. This is the free version and I am only helping family and friends on occasion. Not successfully however...
Not worth the trouble, a completely different interface & apparently from the postings of other users, I'm not alone. This iteration bears no resemblance to the product I once used happily....
What do you mean "unusable"?
