Open file transfer issue 2023

Hi, i have a problem with transfer file. I already tried to uninstall teamviewer and install again but without result.. i have this problem by two days..

Teamviewer open the page of transfer file but it doesn't show it, the only thing i see is the image below.

I have win11 and last version

Indeed. It's a sign that the uninstallation didn't work as expected.

I'd recommend:

1. Uninstalling TeamViewer following the Basic Uninstall Instructions.
2. Deleting the TeamViewer entries following the Advanced Uninstall Instructions.
3. Checking in C:\Program Files\TeamViewer if there is any file. If yes, delete it.
4. Reinstalling TeamViewer from our website here: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download.
