Stuck on connecting to remote PC

Hello everyone,

I'm having an issue with connecting to my PC at home. A few days ago I installed teamviewer and enabled easy access. Remote connection worked when I was at home but now that I'm a few hundred kilometers away, I can't connect to this PC. I'm just stuck on connecting. On my phone it says "wait, connecting" (or connecting in progress - I'm translating this message) and on my notebook I only see "launching remote session". Is there any way to fix this without going back home? I'm using version 15.49.2
