TeamViewer Disconnecting Issue on New Desktop

Why does my TeamViewer keep disconnecting on my new desktop? It has never happened before, and it's making it tough to get my work done on my projects at Miguel Camarena Art Gallery. Any quick fixes or settings I should check? Thanks!
