map [ctrl alt delete] to [ctrl alt insert/end]

All kind of remote tools (vmware, rdp, etc.) have a mapping to use [ctrl alt delete] on an alike combo, for example [ctrl alt end], [ctrl shift delete] or [ctrl alt insert] etc. which gives a productivity boost not having to use the MOUSE when starting a remote session on a locked device.

Small feature but would be really apreciated!
