teamviewer remote crash

ok... i'm on vacation and my remote teamviewer crashed... i can still access the monitoring tools online, so i can even see the "werfault.exe" crash dialog... the service is running fine (probabily?), is there any way i can recover my remote access?

i tried to use the process manager to kill werfault.exe and teamviewer.exe and tvw32.exe none of that seems to have worked actually...

and if i try to connect i will get "connection rejected" automatically everytime.

what are my options here?
