I'm having an issue attempting to print from the remote pc at the office to my local printer at home. I’ve done this flawlessly for several years with no changes to either the office pc, my home mac and the same HP laser pro MFP M477 and all of a sudden I am not able to print.
I've restarted both computers, checked queues (there's never any jobs waiting in either the local queue or the remote queue after hitting print), ran troubleshooting on the local pc in printer settings (it said all is honkey dory) , made the local printer the default printer for team viewer on the remote, turned off firewalls on both computers at the same time, deleted the teamviewer 'printer' on the remote pc, re-initiated same printer, etc etc.
I can't think of anything else to do.
I can print from my local pc to the local printer with no issues.
What changed?
Can anyone help me?
