My discussion has been ignored and deleted. But why?

Hi, I posted a discussion here on the second of January. In other words 10 days ago. I never got a response. Now I was just going to post a update about that matter but my discussion has been deleted. Why is that? Who deleted it and what was the reason for deleting it?

And can the discussion I posted be reinstated? Or would I have to post a new discussion? That matter has not been solved yet. I contacted the support of teamviewer several times meanwhile but I only get absurd and useless responses by the support.
