Are there Teamviewer wake-up issues with computers using modern standby?

I have been trying to get my Window 11 PC configured to where I can wake it up from both sleep and shut down (WOL). I can’t seem to get both working at the same time. When it works with WOL, I get a blacked-out icon when I try to connect while it’s sleeping. If I click it, I get the usual “check your teamviewer and network connection” error message. When it works with sleep and I shut down the computer, I get a BLUE icon and no wake-up button.  If I click the icon, I get the same error message. Shouldn’t it be impossible for the icon to be blue if the connection can only fail?

Has anyone whose computer uses modern standby for sleeping been able configure it so that it can be woken up from both sleep and shutdown? Did you have to disable modern standby or use some special powercfg commands?  I need to know if I’m pursuing an attainable goal.
