Hi,

I have a TeamViewer custom host with a certain policy assigned to a number of Windows 10 locked down computers but for some reason they are not updating even though the policy is set to auto update to all major versions.

I have tried to do a remote update but I just get an error and told to check logs.

I have attached logs from the latest remote update I attempted today.

Could anyone please advise?

thanks in advance

    Hi @Richard_Wakefield,

Thanks for your first post and for reaching out to our Community!

Have you tried to unassign the policy and assign it again?

Let me know if this solves the problem or if it persists after re-applying the policy.

I'm looking forward to your reply!

    Best, Carol

Hi Carol, yes I tried that but it has made no difference and the update still fails.

    Hi @Richard_Wakefield,

Could you provide me with more details about the Host side?

What version they are currently in?

Have the hosts been installed manually or via mass deployment?

I'm looking forward to your feedback to better help you.

    Atte., Carol
